Important dates and deadlines

Registration information & payment
The registration process consists of two steps.
- Step 1: pre-registration via online form
- Step 2: confirmation of pre-registration by payment
The registration fee is
- 240 EUR for participant - early registration (until 15th May 2013)
- 280 EUR for participant - late registration (until 30th June 2013)
- 100 EUR for accompanying person
The payment has to be made through a bank transfer (entered by 15th May 2013 or 30th June 2013, respectively), with the following transaction details:

The payment must be free of bank charges to the receiver.
The reception of payment will be confirmed by e-mail. The printed receipt will be issued at the registration desk.
Cancellation Policy
75% of the registration fee will be refunded for each cancellation made by 31st May 2013 (bank charges are borne by participant). After that date,
no registration fee refund will be provided.

There will be a Special Issue (SI) of Discrete Mathematics (DM) devoted to high quality papers presented at the conference. As guest editors of the SI will serve Mirko Horňák (managing guest editor), Jan Kratochvíl, Zdeněk Ryjáček and Martin Škoviera.
DM does not publish conference proceedings as such, but only collections of selected journal quality papers presented at conferences. Consequently, submissions will be refereed according to the high level standards of DM. In particular, each paper will be refereed by at least two referees.
Guest editors will try to close the editorial process concerning the SI approximately by the end of January 2015. Authors of all remaining submitted papers (delayed by authors, referees or any other reason) will be given the possibility either to withdraw the paper from the SI or to let continue processing the paper under the assumption that, if subsequently accepted, it will appear in a regular issue of DM.
How to submit. The Elsevier Editorial System is now configured for the SI. Authors should submit papers in the usual way of submitting to DM at ees.elsevier.com/disc, except that at the first screen they should choose CSGT13 Košice as the article type.
The submission deadline has been moved to 30th November 2013.
